By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of our website. Your continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and Our Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to these Terms and does not include:

By posting User Content on or through the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material according to your account settings for purposes of providing the service.

When you make a reservation through our Site, you are entering into an agreement with the specific service provider (hotel, tour operator, etc.), not with Zharenaya Bazilika. We act as an intermediary between you and the service provider. Each service provider has its own terms and conditions that apply to your reservation and purchase of the travel product or service.
All prices on our site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice due to factors beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, supplier changes, or government tax adjustments.
Availability of travel products cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received.
Payment terms vary depending on the type of service you book. Some bookings require full payment at the time of reservation, while others may only require a deposit with the balance due at a later date. The specific payment terms will be clearly stated during the booking process.
We use third-party payment processors to handle credit card transactions. By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the total amount of your booking.
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service provider and the specific product or service booked. The applicable cancellation policy will be provided during the booking process. In most cases, cancellations made closer to the travel date will result in higher penalties.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original form of payment. Processing times for refunds depend on your payment method and financial institution.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and insurance, required for your trip. Zharenaya Bazilika is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
Different countries have different entry requirements. We recommend checking the official government websites of the countries you plan to visit well in advance of your trip.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and lost or damaged luggage. Travel insurance is your protection against unforeseen circumstances.
Zharenaya Bazilika does not provide travel insurance directly but can refer you to reputable insurance providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zharenaya Bazilika and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of our Site exceed the greater of $100 CAD or the amount you have paid to Zharenaya Bazilika in the past six months.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zharenaya Bazilika and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, any use of the Site's content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site or contact us to request account deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your access to or use of the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations do not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zharenaya Bazilika regarding our Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning our Site.
